Ripeseed built the Track Your Subs app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Ripeseed at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Google User Data Access and Use

If you choose to sign in or connect your account to our Service using Google Sign-In, we access and collect specific information from your Google account. This collection and use are limited strictly to providing the core functionality of the "Track Your Subs" application.

Data We Collect from Your Google Account:

Google User's Email Address: This is the primary email address associated with your Google account.
Google User's ID (Unique Identifier): A non-public, unique identifier assigned to your Google account.
Google User's Basic Profile Information: This includes your name and profile picture.

How We Use This Specific Google User Data (Required Disclosures):

Google Data Accessed	Purpose of Use in "Track Your Subs"
Email Address	Used exclusively for account verification, authentication, and serving as your unique account ID within the "Track Your Subs" app. This allows you to securely log in and retrieve your data.
Google User ID	Used solely to link your Google profile to your "Track Your Subs" account to ensure your data is secure and properly associated with your user session.
Name and Profile Picture	Used to personalize your in-app account display (e.g., showing your name on the settings page) for a better user experience.

Commitment on Data Use:

We will not transfer, sell, or use your Google user data (Email, ID, Name, or Profile Picture) for the purpose of serving ads, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the core function of helping you track your subscriptions.

Data Retention and Deletion

We only store the minimal Google user data required to provide the subscription-tracking features in the app. This includes the user's Google account identifier and the subscription-related email records that the user has chosen to sync. We do not store full emails, and we do not store any Gmail data unrelated to subscription detection.

If a user deletes their account from the app using the "Delete Account" option in the settings, all associated Google user data is permanently deleted from our servers. This includes the user's Google account information, subscription email records, and any metadata we previously stored. The deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed. Users may also revoke Google account access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.

We do not retain any Google user data after account deletion or after access is revoked.
